What’s included in the pilot?

The pilot is free for its entire duration, with personal onboarding to help your team connect Unload and try it on a real project. Save documents, notes and decisions, then use that knowledge together across AI conversations.

Which AI tools can I use with Unload?

The pilot focuses on Claude and ChatGPT, connected through MCP. Save knowledge in one and retrieve it in the other. We’ll help you set up the connection and check which features work with your accounts.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

You may, depending on your AI tool, plan and workspace settings. Your AI subscription is separate from Unload. We’ll check the requirements with you before you start.

Where are my documents and notes stored?

Store your original documents and notes in Unload or connect your own Google Drive. Tell us which you prefer during onboarding. With Google Drive, your originals stay in your Drive; Unload still processes their content and stores the metadata and search index needed to find them.

Can I open my files without an AI chat?

Yes. With Unload storage, sign in to Unload to browse your documents and notes. With Google Drive, open your originals directly in Drive. You don’t need to start an AI conversation to access them.

Who can access my team’s knowledge?

Your personal space stays private to you. Shared knowledge is available only to teammates with access, whether they open it in Unload or use it through their AI tool.

What happens after the pilot?

You can keep using Unload on the free plan. If it isn’t a fit, you simply stop using it.
